Grow Your Relationship with God

The foundation for longevity in ministry is a thriving relationship with God and others.

Only God Can Sustain You On the Mission Field

Christian living is a core part of your training for a reason. The missionary path ahead is difficult. Only God can carry you through the challenges and hardships ahead.

Your Character Matters

Your life may be an unreached people group’s first introduction to Jesus. Even before you learn a language, the community is watching the way you live and learning what you really believe.

MI 410: Global Teams

In this course we will examine the “Big Picture” of biblical theology and the heart of God for “Global Teams.” We will consider the foundation of our new position, status, and identity in Christ as the motivation to embrace the role as a servant to the church. We will examine the heart attitudes needed to engage in biblical relationships with both our traditional ideas of who co-workers are and the local churches with whom we will be building ever-deepening relationships. We will discuss and answer questions related to team formation and the various levels in which this will take place. We will then look at expectations and how misguided ones can set us up for disappointment instead of preparing us for open hearts to whatever the Lord brings into our lives and ministry.

MN 301: Stewarding Relationships 1

This class will deal with the realities of ‘today’ (in the students’ daily lives and relationships) in light of the ‘tomorrow’ (church planting among the unreached peoples of the world). Students will aim to understand and practice a ministry philosophy that is biblically rooted in a love for Christ and His Bride and functions in a Spirit-controlled fashion in all of their relationships.

MN 311: Stewarding Relationships 2 – Teamwork

The Stewarding Relationships 2 course examines biblical principles that apply to teamwork. It explores the dynamics of men and women working together in ministry settings and focuses on attitudes and character that will contribute to strong lasting relationships. Intentional focus is given also to examining biblical principles of peacemaking, such as building unity, preventing negative conflict, and dealing with conflict according to God’s instructions.

MN 320: Practical Spirituality 1

Practical Spirituality 1 will address the personal stewardship of time and resources, providing practical opportunities to improve time management. The second focus is on the Gospel of Grace, stressing the clarity and essential content of the gospel message and some of the challenges that arise with presenting the gospel cross-culturally.
