Staff mentors bring years of life and ministry experience into mentoring. We believe God uses these types of relationships to bring about growth and maturity.
Two Core Aspects of the Mentoring Program
Training Teams
These teams provide students a venue to practice teamwork principles and learn to function as a ministry team. These skills are invaluable to learn prior to starting your cross-cultural ministry.
Personal Mentors
Mentorships provide a more personal venue for the student and mentor to delve deeper and allow for more time one-on-one and/or couple-to-couple. Personal mentors assist students in their growth toward ministry with specific preparation focused on the student’s ministry preparedness, spiritual life, personal character and relational and life skills.
